We've been specializing in child-care for over 25 years
Caring, educating, and helping young children learn since 1996.
(Founder & President) Sandra Christian had the vision to integrate the preschool program she had written and the logo she had drawn, while completing her Early Childhood Education program into her own preschool center. She already had a name chosen and proceeded to buy a double-wide portable at the back of Colebrook United Church on the Panorama Ridge, Surrey.
Sandra took the small amount of money she had and proceeded to spruce up the recently purchased portable, to open for the first day of Preschool in September 1996.
By 2010 we had three locations and 4 separate programs. Families were learning, enjoying and being cared for through our Preschool, Ready to Read, Junior Kindergarten and Before & After School programs. Sandra was asked at the time, what is your next goal? The answer was clear, “time to build a Creative Kids center” and there was the start of branding and building new Creative Kids centers.

In September 2011, we opened our very first center in Rosemary Heights, South Surrey and the community embraced us with open arms. Since then, we have built more Creative Kids centers ranging in size from 4000 sqft to almost 11,000 sqft. Our largest center – Morgan Crossing, has 27 staff and 200 families enrolled. We have since added more programs, such as Infant, Toddler, Child Care, Extended PreK and School age camps.
Creative Kids prides itself for being an organization that has a personal connection to our children, our teachers, our families and our community. Working closely with parents through a positive and unhurried atmosphere, we strive to develop the child’s interest in learning.
Our highly qualified teachers strive to offer a fun, social and stimulating academic program. We aim to provide early learning skills, appropriate social skills and let each child explore, play and be as creative as they want to be in a safe, loving environment. We take pride as an organization that all of our centers are operated and managed under our company and with the originating founder who is active in the day to day operations. In September 2011, we opened our very first center in Rosemary Heights, South Surrey and the community embraced us with open arms.
